Items returned due to refusal of delivery are subject to a 15% operational fee.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Our customer satisfaction is very important to us, therefore, if your item is defective or you were shipped the incorrect color, size or style, we will exchange the item inmediately. In case of returns without any reason, a refund will be made without shipping costs, which are not refundable.
Items must be in its NEW condition and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted to items that have been worn or washed. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to the customer and a refund will not be issued.
All returns or exchanges must be sent to us within 2 days of the item receipt. To request an exchange, contact us at contactus@jcavil.com and include the order number and the reason to exchange or return the item. We will assign an authorization number for you with related instructions.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the incorrect item was shipped. Returns or exchanges must be received at JCAvil within 7 days from the authorization number date. Please, use a tracking number and delivery confirmation to ensure its delivery.
