HOW CAN I ORDER?
Simply browse our productsand select the items that you wish to purchase by clicking the “Add to Cart” button at each product page. You can review the content of your shopping cart which is available at the top of each page. You can edit quantities, check shipping costs or delete items at your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout following the instructions.
HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay for your items by credit card or using your PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account you'll also be presented with the chance to sign up for a new one by using the information from the completed transaction.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We work in a quick pace, but if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at contactus@jcavil.com within the first 24 hours from the order date. Please refer to our baby_boutique Info page for further instructions.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
If the wrong item was shipped, please send it back and contact us at contactus@jcavil.com within 2 days from the receipt date and we’ll issue an authorization number to exchange your item. Please refer to our baby_boutique Info page for further instructions.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, send it back and let us know within 2 days of the receipt date and we’ll refund your money. Items must be in its NEW condition, with its packaging and tags intact. Please refer to our baby_boutique Info page for further instructions.
DO YOU HAVE A baby_boutique FRONT?
Not at this time, we are an online baby_boutique only, but we haven't ruled out the idea.
