SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship using USPS Priority Mail services with delivery confirmation mostly to the United States, and all shipments are insured. Because we do not deliver to PO Boxes, a physical address must be provided.
International orders should email us for quotation before ordering. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends.
In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed. If you need your item urgently, just send us an email at contactus@jcavil.com and we'll upgrade your shipping to express mail for an additional charge.
If any item is on backorder, you will receive an email with the date of shipment for that item. We ask to our customers to review carefully the address information input because additional shipping charges apply, if returned packages are re-shipped.
